The Ministry of AYUSH highlighted Matsyasana, or Fish Pose, as an effective yoga posture to relieve eye strain, neck stiffness and back pain caused by prolonged screen time and sedentary lifestyles. Experts say regular practice improves spinal flexibility, breathing capacity and muscle strength while reducing stress, anxiety and fatigue.
