French luxury group Kering has appointed Matthieu Blazy as creative director of Bottega Veneta, following Daniel Lee's departure last week. Matthieu, who was a ready-to-wear designer for the Italian label since last year, began his career as men's designer for Raf Simons. He will present his first collection for Bottega Veneta in February 2022 at the Milan Fashion Week.
