Actor Bill Macy, who featured in 1972 American TV series 'Maude', passed away on Thursday at the age of 97 in Los Angeles, his friend Matt Beckoff said. "He was a rare...comic actor. There was only one Bill Macy," Maude creator Norman Lear said. Macy is known for his role in series like, 'Seinfeld' and 'One Big Family', among others.
