The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a maulvi in Uttarakhand's Nainital in connection with Delhi blast case probe. The agency is questioning Maulana Naeem. Notably, another maulvi Mohammad Asim Qasmi was arrested from Haldwani. As many as 13 people were killed in the blast which took place on November 10 near Red Fort.
