A preacher named Maulvi Ishtiyaq has been detained from Haryana's Mewat in connection with the doctors' terror module operating from a university in Faridabad, officials said. The module has been linked to the Delhi car blast which killed at least 12 people. Ishtiyaq was staying in a rented house within the Al-Falah university complex, PTI reported, citing officials.
