Senior lawyer Kapil Sibal during an event attended by PM Narendra Modi said, "May I take the liberty to call you Narendra Bhai Ji?". PM Modi was seen smiling slightly at his statement. Addressing the inaugural event of the two-day National Conference of District Judiciary, Sibal said lower courts don't grant bail frequently. "Even CJI has said this," he added.
