A McDonald's restaurant in Venezuela's Caraballeda has been converted into a makeshift medical centre as hospitals struggle to treat thousands injured in the twin earthquakes. Dozens of patients are being treated at the outlet, which now houses a triage unit, pharmacy, storage area, and dedicated spaces for psychological support. A bus terminal has also been turned into a temporary clinic.
