McDonald’s Malaysia has sued a pro-Palestinian group which has been leading boycotts against companies it says are supporting Israel in its war in Gaza. The fast-food giant filed the lawsuit alleging the dissemination of "false and defamatory statements" and sought $1.31 million in damages. It alleged the group incited the public to boycott McDonald's Malaysia, leading to loss.
