McDonald's outlet's license cancelled over 'fake cheese' use in Maharashtra

The license of a McDonald's outlet in Maharashtra's Ahmednagar was revoked by the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over the alleged use of a cheap substitute for cheese in its products. The outlet's license was suspended earlier following an inspection. McDonald's had filed a report saying it has removed the word 'cheese' from products' names.
