Management consulting company McKinsey & Company has given 3,000 employees a 'concerns' rating in the recent months. Employees who receive this rating are given three months to improve their performance. If they are unable to do so, they may be counselled to leave the company entirely. Notably, McKinsey now has about 45,000 employees, a 60% increase from 2018, Bloomberg reported.
