Media giant Fox Corp will acquire streaming platform Roku in a $22 billion (over ₹2 lakh crore) cash-and-stock deal, marking Fox's biggest push into streaming and digital advertising. This will give Fox access to over 100 million households that use Roku's streaming platform, helping it expand beyond traditional cable TV. Fox shareholders will own roughly 73% of the combined company.
