Muskan Rastogi, who killed and dismembered her ex-merchant Navy officer husband Saurabh, has sought permission from Meerut jail authorities to study law, reports said. Muskan, who hasn't studied beyond class 8, is reportedly dissatisfied with her lawyer's work and wants to argue her own case. She and her boyfriend Sahil Shukla had sealed Saurabh's body parts in a drum.
