India's internet growth since 2000s has led to the rise of social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram. However, rural India faces challenges due to the higher number of non-English-speaking users. To solve this problem, IIT Kanpur alumna Ankush Sachdeva, Bhanu Pratap Singh, & Farid Ahsan founded ShareChat, a platform operating in regional languages, created to address this issue.
