Megalodon babies, who ate siblings in womb, were larger than adult man: Study

Enormous megatooth sharks, or megalodons, that lived over three million years ago, gave birth to babies larger than most adult humans, a study led by a DePaul University paleobiologist said. Data suggested an embryonic Megalodon grew by feeding on unhatched eggs in the womb. The typical lifespan of the species was at least 88 years.
