Meghalaya opened its first pavilion at AAHAR 2026, Asia’s flagship food‑and‑hospitality trade fair at Bharat Mandapam, showcasing Lakadong turmeric, wild honey, spices and other organic produce. Officials said the participation will help connect farmers and entrepreneurs with hospitality buyers and expand national markets for Meghalaya products.
