The residents of a village along the India-Bangladesh border in Meghalaya held a protest on Sunday expressing fears that their village may fall outside the fencing if the 150-yard limit is followed. They demanded that the border fencing be done along the zero line, or they would get isolated from India. A bamboo fence currently separates the village from Bangladesh.
