Mehli Mistry challenges exit from two Tata trusts: Report

Mehli Mistry has challenged the end of his tenure at two Tata trusts, alleging that an ineligible trustee opposed his reappointment and questioning Noel Tata's eligibility under the Bai Hirabai Trust deed. In three rejoinders filed with the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner, he has also sought an inquiry into trustees' financial benefits and potential conflicts of interest.
