A Dominica court today denied bail to fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi for illegally entering into the Caribbean island nation from Antigua. Choksi was seen in a wheelchair at the court. Choksi's legal team had earlier said he should be sent back to Antigua, claiming that he was kidnapped and brought to Dominica.
