Mehul Choksi-owned Gitanjali Gems has topped the list of 100 biggest wilful defaulters' with ₹5,693 crore dues, as per RBI data accessed by The Economic Times. Total dues of wilful defaulters have also risen 5.34% to ₹84,632 crore. The top 10 on the list include Jhunjhunwala brothers’ REI Agro, Jatin Mehta’s Winsome Diamonds & Jewellery and Vijay Mallya’s Kingfisher Airlines.
