Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust (LKMMT), which manages Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, called for suspension and prosecution of HDFC Bank CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan for alleged fraud. LKMMT said its ex-member paid ₹2 crore to Jagdishan for harassing another member's father in a transaction which was recorded in a hand-written diary. A Mumbai court has also ordered filing of FIR against Jagdishan.
