A judge in US' Los Angeles has reduced the sentences of Erik and Lyle Menendez, who were originally sentenced to life in prison for the 1989 shotgun murders of their parents, making them eligible for parole. Judge Michael Jesic resentenced the brothers to 50 years to life. Their potential release will now be determined by the state parole board.
