Mercedes driver George Russell finished 0.12 seconds ahead of his teammate Andrea Kimi Antonelli to claim top spot in the only practice session of Chinese GP on Friday. They were followed by McLaren's Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, who finished 0.5 seconds and 0.7 seconds, respectively, behind Russell. Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton finished fifth and sixth, respectively.
