Merely saying 'Maaro Saale Ko' during a fight does not show intent to kill: Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court has acquitted a man convicted of murder for shouting "Maaro Saale Ko" during a 1983 brawl inside a DTC bus, in which a man was stabbed to death. It observed the word "maaro" may mean to beat and doesn't necessarily imply intention to kill. It ruled the phrase alone couldn't establish common intention to commit murder.
