The Competition Commission of India has dismissed allegations of predatory pricing by Bengaluru-based radio taxi operators Fast Track Call Cab and Meru Cabs against cab aggregator Ola. In the 2015 complaint, Ola was accused of abusing its dominant position in the market by offering heavy discounts to passengers. The Commission noted Ola is not dominant in the relevant Bengaluru market.
