Esha Gupta revealed that she met someone at the Cannes International Film Festival who had a tattoo of her name. Esha told Brut, "He took pictures, he was crying...I really hope it is not a real tattoo." Esha made her debut at the 2023 edition of the film festival in a white gown, designed by Nicolas Jebran.
