Meta accidentally leaks WhatsApp AI rules including what not to say

Meta accidentally exposed internal guidelines for its AI-powered WhatsApp support chatbot across nearly 80 pages of the website. Security firm Redact found almost 100 blocks of hidden text embedded in the pages' underlying code, including instructions labeled "What not to say". The guidelines explained how the chatbot should handle specific questions and direct users to official support channels.
