Meta hikes WhatsApp Business prices in India from Oct 1

Meta is updating WhatsApp Business Platform pricing in India from October 1, 2026. Utility messages like order confirmations will no longer be free within 24 hours. Businesses get 1,000 free service messages/month; beyond that, utility messages cost ₹0.115 each and marketing messages ₹0.8631 (pre-GST). Regular users are unaffected.
