Indian social media platform ShareChat and short video platform Moj's parent Mohalla Tech is planning to raise $400 million (₹3,799 crore) in an initial public offering next year, Bloomberg reported. The firm's CFO, Manohar Charan, said it aims to list over next four or five quarters. ShareChat's annual revenue crossed $105 million, and its growth exceeded 30%, the report added.
