US President Donald Trump said Mark Zuckerberg-led Meta is building a Manhattan-sized data centre in Louisiana for $50 billion. "I never understood, when they said $50 billion for a plant," Trump said as he held up a picture of the centre's layout superimposed on Manhattan's map. The centre will be the largest of its kind globally.
