Mexican city limits water access to 6 hours a day amid drought

A city in Mexico's Nuevo Leon state is limiting daily water access to residents to just a six-hour window amid historic drought in the region, authorities said. Monterrey city, which is home to 5.3 million people, will allow water use from 4 am to 10 am daily. The earlier policy restricted water to one day per week based on location.
