Female police officers in Mexico's Querétaro have complained to the human rights commission that they were subjected to “attractiveness” inspections for being selected to a new female unit. "I trained to be a police officer, not a showgirl," a woman police officer said. Notably, Querétaro's new police chief had formed a unit of attractive female officers at his previous posting.
