Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador on Friday said that his administration would maintain its neutral stance on the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Obrador also said that he hoped there would be a ceasefire. Obrador's comments come ahead of his visit to the US to meet President Joe Biden next week.
