The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has written a letter to states cautioning them against "possible violence" and "sporadic protests" in India amid US-Israeli attacks on Iran. The directive comes a day after hundreds of people protested in parts of J&K, Lucknow, Delhi, and Bengaluru, among other places, against the killing of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
