Mhada mulls up to 10% price cut on unsold Mumbai flats

Mhada has initiated a proposal to cut prices of nearly 400 unsold Mumbai flats by up to 10%. If approved, the revised rates will apply when MHADB relists apartments under its First Come First Serve scheme after Diwali. Poor location, landfill proximity, and affordability concerns have deterred buyers for years.
