MIC Electronics shares were in focus on Wednesday after promoter RRK Enterprise Pvt Ltd offloaded 20 lakh shares (0.83% stake) via a bulk deal worth ₹11 crore at ₹54 apiece. As per the latest shareholding pattern, the promoter held a 59.68% stake in the company before the transaction.
