Michael Burry clarified that Scion Asset Management is not closing after its SEC deregistration, but will no longer accept outside investors. The Big Short investor has been active again on social media while teasing a November 25 venture. Before deregistering, Scion disclosed major short positions in Nvidia and Palantir. Burry recently criticised hyperscalers' AI accounting practices.
