Michael Jackson developed 'anti-gravity' shoes

King of Pop Michael Jackson had developed anti-gravity shoes along with two co-inventors, after patenting it in 1993. The shoes had specially designed heel pegs that would connect to the stage, allowing Jackson to lean forward at a 45-degree angle. His aim was to live perform the anti-gravity lean that he did in the video 'Smooth Criminal'.
