​Microsoft has asked around 700 to 800 employees working in China to transfer outside the country, Wall Street Journal reported. The employees, who are mostly Chinese engineers, were offered to relocate to countries like US, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, report added. This comes after Joe Biden-led US government hiked tariffs on Chinese imports of EV batteries, chips and more.
