With $110 billion in sales in its 2018 fiscal, Microsoft crossed the $100-billion milestone for the first time in the company's 43-year history. This comes after Microsoft's market cap touched $800 billion last week, trailing only Google-parent Alphabet, Amazon and Apple in US. Microsoft's record revenue was largely attributed to commercial cloud sales, which contributed over $23 billion.
