Microsoft is implementing a two-year rehire ban on its former employees who were marked as "underperformers" during their time in the company, reports stated. Microsoft is also tracking the "good attrition" metric that counts such employees' departures as a positive outcome for the company. The company recently laid off around 2,000 employees who were considered "underperformers".
