Microsoft is reportedly planning to announce its next round of layoffs which will affect non-tech roles and middle level managers. The Microsoft layoffs in May 2025 will target those employees who have low performance scores and are not engineers. The Satya Nadella-led company wants to increase ratio of technical professionals.
