Meta and Microsoft are separately vacating office buildings in Seattle and Bellevue in US' Washington amid employees' return to remote working and layoffs, The Seattle Times reported. Meta is "trying to be...financially prudent", a Meta spokesperson told The Seattle Times. Microsoft had reportedly said it won't renew the lease for its Bellevue office after the lease ends in June 2024.
