Microsoft has started removing Copilot buttons from some of its Windows 11 apps. According to reports, the updated Notepad now features a "writing tools" menu instead of a Copilot shortcut, while the Copilot button in Snipping Tool no longer appears when users select an area to capture. The move is part of Microsoft's effort to reduce "unnecessary Copilot entry points".
