Microsoft has reportedly agreed to acquire San Francisco-based cyber security company RiskIQ. Microsoft will pay more than $500 million in cash for the company, Bloomberg reported quoting people aware of the matter. RiskIQ's customers include Facebook, BMW, American Express and US Postal Service. It was founded in 2009 and has raised $83 million in funding to date, according to Crunchbase.
