Microsoft has announced that it will invest $10 billion in Japan for AI infrastructure, cybersecurity and the workforce. The investments made to expand the firm's infrastructure in the country and collaborate with domestic partners will run from 2026 through 2029. The deal also includes the training of about 1 million engineers and developers in Japan by 2030.
