Microsoft will be investing in Ant Group-backed Indonesia's e-commerce platform Bukalapak. Under the deal, Bukalapak will adopt Microsoft's cloud platform Azure and provide digital skills training for Bukalapak employees and their merchants. Microsoft and existing backers of Bukalapak have agreed to a $100 million investment at a valuation between $2.5-$3 billion, Bloomberg reported.
