In an internal email, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has said the company will make changes to its HR practices to address employees' discrimination and harassment complaints. The changes include creation of 'Employee Advocacy Team' to assist those undergoing workplace investigation. Further, diversity and inclusion will become part of performance review of executives at "general manager and above".
