Microsoft won't ask its employees to fully return to office like Amazon unless the management feels that productivity has dropped, Business Insider reported. This comes after Amazon was criticised by its employees for making it compulsory to work from office five days a week from 2025. Microsoft in an official statement confirmed that its work policies haven't changed.
