Microsoft-backed self-driving car startup Cruise has agreed to acquire Voyage, the autonomous vehicle startup that spun out of Udacity. The majority of Voyage's 60 employees are expected to join Cruise and its CEO Oliver Cameron will take on a new role as vice president of product. Earlier in January, Cruise had raised $2 billion in a new equity round.
