Shares of Milkfood Limited, engaged in the manufacture and sale of dairy products, surged by 3.5% to ₹729 on Monday, after the company’s Board fixed 13th August 2024 as the Record date for the purpose of sub-division of the equity shares in a 2:1 ratio, as well as the issuance of Bonus Shares in 1:1 ratio.
